The Sabres met the first place Bladerunners who have lost only
one game all season. It was one of the closest, toughest games this year
going into overtime tied at 3. The Bladerunners started the OT period with
two men in the penalty box. When the first player got back on the ice,
he took a pass and came down to score the winning goal at 2:45 in the period.
Scott Wright, Scott Vincent, and Greg Nordick each scored a goal. Glen
Doody assisted on all three goals.
