Last Game's Results:
The Sabres faced certain elimination from the playoffs if they
were not able to defeat the 7th place Devils in their final regular season
game. Nine minutes into the game, Greg Nordick scored the first goal and
went on to record another hat trick. Tyler Reese also netted a hat
trick including the winning goal. Stewart Sweda had the only other
Sabre goal plus three assists. The Devils scored twice on 22 shots,
while the Sabres put 45 shots on goal.
Final Score: Sabres 7, Devils 2.
